Responsibilities
  • Working across Meter’s vertically integrated Network Operating System, serving as the subject matter expert for Security, Firewall, and VPN escalations
  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to accurately scope and effectively resolve complex and time-sensitive escalations from customers
  • Leveraging your background as a technical lead for a network support, support engineering or related function to impact Meter during this period of rapid business growth
  • Developing plans to replicate customer issues in lab for faster resolution
  • Tracking individual and team-based KPIs and developing targeted action plans to exceed quarterly and annual goals
  • Contributing to the support engineering knowledge base by developing internal team-facing and external customer-facing documentation
  • Troubleshooting complex network systems, security and implementation of routing, switching, firewalls, wireless and resolving network issues
  • Bringing excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills to this role, including the ability to lead and navigate technically complex, high stakes conversations
