Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong focus on culture and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully building and delivering diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility programs and activities.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture, DE&I practices and its impact on business performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage complex change initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategies to drive culture transformation
  • Align cultural initiatives with business objectives and organizational values.
  • Serve as a culture champion and advisor to senior leadership on cultural issues and initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Report on culture-related KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead & drive company EVP and employer branding programs with positive impact
  • Develop and oversee programs that promote cultural integration, diversity, equity, and inclusion with positive impact
