Responsibilities
  • Build shared definition of community amongst CodePath internal team
  • Create national engagement strategy and related pillars adaptable to fit regional and local university partner programs
  • Create student engagement charter for CodePath university partner programs
  • Build connections between university partner local programs driving a sense of belonging to larger university partner regional and national program
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase student engagement across various platforms
  • Build a roster of national, regional, and local community events that engage the community in knowledge building
  • Utilize data and community insights to create peer-peer learning initiatives and technical collaboration programs
  • Expand the utilization of CodePath Mentor Network increasing mentorship opportunities within CodePath
  • Increase the utilization of Career Center services to prepare students for the job market
  • Establish a sense of belonging with national, regional, and local students producing evidence of peer connections across all levels
