Responsibilities
  • Transform - your skills and knowledge through challenging work projects
  • Connect - to our company and culture creating valuable connections with your intern peers, work team and leaders across the organization
  • Ability to work remote with multiple cross-functional teams, globally
  • Project task tracking and follow-up
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Document project status, issues, next steps, etc
  • Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions items
  • Communicate project status to project team, sponsor, and leadership
  • Working to improve processes especially event-related issues
  • Work alongside the manager to eventually run your own project
  • Work with Customer and internal Executives providing updates and gathering information
  • Use website project tracking tools, and collaboration tools to correspond with various project stakeholders
  • XLS data manipulation for reporting purposes and customer survey data collection
  • Business Analysis work (trends, charting, reports, insights, etc)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Emphasis on excel, word, and powerpoint knowledge and proficiency
  • Overall project management experience
  • Strong drive for results and taking initiative

  • Ability to be resourceful and adaptable while also being creative
