Responsibilities
  • Embed with business units to conduct process-mining workshops and identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and decision-fatigue points suitable for artificial intelligence agents or automation.
  • Distinguish between problems requiring complex Generative AI solutions and those better solved by deterministic automation, robotic process automation, or standard software engineering.
  • Translate ambiguous business demands into clearly defined, actionable use cases with well-scoped boundaries and success criteria.
  • Develop high-level vision documents for strategic initiatives, including objectives, high-level approach, and success criteria covering quality and scope, time to market, and return on investment across Centers of Excellence platforms.
  • Create comprehensive discovery and design documents specifying the features and functionality required for technology teams to develop, including low-level requirements specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Design robust, secure, and compliant architectures for artificial intelligence and automation solutions that account for data privacy, token costs, latency, and integration with legacy systems.
  • Work with platform owners and business stakeholders to measure and monitor the performance of Centers of Excellence products and solutions.
  • Prioritize future initiatives based on strategic vision, feasibility, market dynamics, client need, financial impact, and revenue potential.
  • Socialize Centers of Excellence product strategy, roadmaps, and plans among key stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of technology evolutions and identify opportunities to pilot and innovate on existing and future technology.
