Responsibilities
  • Must have 4+ experience with EPM or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, TM1, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc) as an Administrator or a Power User; Adaptive Planning and/or SAP S/4 experience a plus and minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A preferred
  • Must have prior experience working directly with finance and other teams during the Budgeting and Forecasting process
  • Must have experience building complex models in an EPM tool
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lead, architect and be hands-on-keyboard with builds
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
  • CPG company (physical inventory) experience is a plus
  • Work closely with cross functional partners to enhance and eliminate inefficiencies with our current Adaptive Planning models by utilizing best practices
  • Own the monthly actual load process from SAP S/4 and Hyperion FCCS into Adaptive
  • Maintain dimension & hierarchy management, user permission and role access, data import & archival, and ad hoc system related troubleshooting
  • Maintain and validate current cubes, sheets, assumptions, and reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Provide systems support to all Accounting, Finance and other cross-functional teams during the annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles
  • Help drive continuous improvement in the use of financial systems to ensure that they are functioning as designed and with utmost efficiency and automation
  • Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes
  • Lead internal trainings and regular information sharing activities
