  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital, Information Systems, or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years technical architecture experience with HR technology systems
  • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Time and Attendance Management, Benefits and Compensation
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets)
  • Familiarity with human capital policies and procedures
  • Strong interest in collaboration
  • Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes
  • Develop system reporting and analytics to enable HR business partners to identify trends
  • Lead and influence change management by ensuring consistent cross-functional communication
  • Design user-friendly training sessions, tutorials, processes, guidelines, and documentation
  • Manage and update security permissions, access, personalization, and settings for HRIS users
  • Liaise between People Operations, Technology Operation, and internal stakeholders for HRIS projects
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
  • Implement custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
  • Maintain optimal function of the HRIS through continuous development and upgrade
  • Own the long-term strategic roadmap for HRIS
  • Maintain strong relationships with primary business stakeholders
  • Ensure the security, scalability, reliability of HRIS
