  • Onboard FanDuel new hires across the organization into our HRIS system
  • Manage new hire i-9 documents and complete Section 2 of the process
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics extracted from our HRIS system
  • Maintain internal employee files and ensure data accuracy within our HRIS system
  • Implement employee data inputs and updates within our HRIS system
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding our HRIS system
  • Coordinate, schedule and organize HR Operations meetings while also keeping notes/minutes for team meetings
  • Communicate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of policies, practices, and operations
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive culture that enables employees to be the best version of themselves
  • Other duties may be assigned to fulfill FanDuel's objectives and/or job duties, and requirements may be changed as needed to meet current and future business needs
