Requirements
  • High school diploma with 3 years minimum experience working in the microwave electronics industry, an associate degree, or a Military background with 5+ years' training and electronics experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
  • Familiar with making S-Parameter measurements, P1db, IP3 and Noise Figure.
  • Strong knowledge of amplifiers, dividers, mixers, and a variety of RF components used in the RF industry.
  • Probe station measurements at the die level a plus, but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, working in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for work under a microscope.
  • Simple hand soldering knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Test station setup and calibration.
  • Maintenance of test data.
  • Assembly of breadboards, test fixtures and wiring harnesses.
