  • BE in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 15+ years; MS with 13+ years or Ph.D. with 10 + years of working experiences in ASIC verification
  • Expert level knowledge and experience in HBM memory subsystem and HVL methodology (UVM)
  • Solid verification skills in constrained random testing, and debugging
  • Strong programming language skills including C++, Assembly
  • Strong knowledge of the coverage models
  • Strong knowledge in verification flow and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with an ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities
  • Understand the HBM memory subsystem (Controller and PHY) requirement of the chip to build best-in-class verification environments
  • Create verification plan (Vplan) and verification requirement (VRs) from the architecture specification
  • Generate constraints random test cases (directed, focused, and so on)
  • Create coverage model for function coverage
  • Create SVAs to increase function coverage
  • Hold the verification reviews with designer and architect to sign off the VRs
  • Build auto verification flows to run the regression
