  • Six (6) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field strongly preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of program operations under the guidance of the department director
  • Provide direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors
  • Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards
  • Prepare written reports on program activities
  • Provide leadership reflecting organizations' mission, vision, and values
  • Ensure appropriate data collection and reporting
  • Prepare progress and performance reports for internal and external communication
