Required Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred

✔ Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations

✔ Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards

✔ Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results

✔ Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites

✔ Valid Driver's License – Required for travel to various job locations

✔ Quality-Obsessed Mindset – Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality
