Requirements
  • Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via a combination of writing SQL and building dashboards using data visualization tools
  • Experience building production-grade data models
  • Experience with dbt is a plus
  • Strong communication & project management skills and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong business intuition
  • Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the United States (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident)
  • This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in Framingham, MA office
Responsibilities
  • Conduct analyses and build dashboards to create insights that direct strategy to maximize customer performance
  • Surface insights to uncover revenue generation and customer engagement opportunities
  • Partner across the Customer, Finance, and Go-To-Market operations organizations, as well as internally with the Business Analytics team and our partner Data Platform technology team
  • Maintain, expand, and improve end-to-end infrastructure of data models and dashboards
  • Work with senior executives and provide production-grade data models and dashboards
  • Deliver dashboards and data models that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Produce insights that inform enterprise-wide strategies and investments
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful actions
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehouses and visualization platforms (tools)
  • Experience with revenue analytics and customer engagement metrics
  • Experience in a high-visibility analytics role
  • Track record of influencing strategic decisions with data
  • Bonus: experience with cloud data warehouses and visualization platforms
  • Proficiency with dbt is a plus
