Innovaccer named a Leader in the inaugural Gartner(R) Magic Quadrant(TM) for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms.

Innovaccer named a Leader in the inaugural Gartner(R) Magic Quadrant(TM) for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms. Positioned highest in Ability to Execute and furthest in Completeness of Vision among all vendors evaluated in the first-ever Gartner Magic Quadrant for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms By Team Innovaccer July 29, 2026 SAN FRANCISCO, CA - July 29, 2026 - Innovaccer, the autonomous operations platform for healthcare, today announced it has been named a Leader in the inaugural 2026 Gartner(R) Magic Quadrant(TM) for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms. The recognition arrives at a moment when most health systems and payers are still struggling to move AI beyond pilots and into enterprise workflows, despite heavy investment and mounting pressure to show ROI. Most AI investments fail because they lack a unified context to act. With this Magic Quadrant, Innovaccer Inc. believe that Gartner is formally recognizing the "unified data and AI layer" as a category. Innovaccer has spent over a decade building towards the foundation that healthcare organizations need to make AI-driven autonomous operations real. Download a complimentary copy of the report here. "To us, being named a Leader in the first Gartner Magic Quadrant in this space reflects our belief that healthcare's administrative complexity is an infrastructure problem that requires rebuilding the data foundation on which AI runs," said Abhinav Shashank, CEO and Co-Founder of Innovaccer. "The organizations trusted in this decade are not adding more point solutions to an already fragmented stack. They are building toward reimagining work with autonomous operations where AI executes the work that doesn't require human judgment, returning more capacity and resources to patient care. In our opinion, this recognition from Gartner validates that Gravity is the platform on which that future gets built." At Innovaccer, its focus has been to give healthcare organizations the data foundation and agentic AI infrastructure to move from fragmented pilots to enterprise-wide autonomous operations. Its innovation pillars are: A unified healthcare data foundation that eliminates the integration problem: Gravity ingests and normalizes clinical, claims, financial, and operational data across every major EHR, payer system, and data source through more than 100 pre-built connectors and 6,000 data quality rules. Organizations stop rebuilding the foundation for every new use case and start compounding value on top of one trusted data layer. Purpose-built AI agents that execute real healthcare work: Gravity deploys pre-built AI agents across the workflows that consume the most administrative capacity in healthcare - prior authorization, care gap closure, patient access, revenue cycle management, and population health. These are not insight tools. They execute work, with human review configurable at every step for the decisions that require clinical judgment. Enterprise governance built into the architecture: Every AI workflow in Gravity runs inside a zero-trust governance framework with mandatory model impact assessments, always-on PHI redaction, role-based access controls, and nanosecond-stamped audit logs. Governance is not layered on after deployment - it is structural, so health systems and payers can scale AI with confidence across their entire enterprise. Optimus Healthcare Partners, an ACO partnered with Atlantic Health System, connecting 100+ disparate physician EMRs into a unified data foundation to drive a 27% improvement in quality gap closure and a 20%+ improvement in HCC accuracy, realizing nearly $15 million in projected annual value. Franciscan Health achieved a 23% higher conversion rate from call to appointment and a 7.7% increase in primary care visits per month. And Longitude Rx, co-developing a 340B optimization solution on Gravity, is tracking an estimated 2-7% increase in 340B capture alongside a 30% reduction in prior authorization cycle time. The recognition follows Innovaccer's expansion of Gravity's agentic capabilities with the release of its Agent Studio and Healthcare Model Context Protocol (HMCP), which lets organizations orchestrate autonomous workflows across EHRs and other systems of record. With more than 50 pre-built healthcare AI agents and a Healthcare Knowledge Graph that powers enterprise-wide population health analytics, Gravity gives health systems, payers, life sciences companies, and government health agencies the foundation to move from AI exploration to AI execution across their organizations. Briya named a finalist in the 2026 Fierce AI Innovation Awards.

Briya named a finalist in the 2026 Fierce AI Innovation Awards. The 2026 Fierce AI Innovation Awards have named Briya a finalist in the AI Innovation in Data Interoperability category. The Fierce AI Innovation Awards recognize organizations that move beyond simple AI pilots and deliver measurable results. A panel of industry leaders and expert judges evaluates each entry. They consider five criteria: innovation, impact, execution, scalability, and industry relevance. This recognition highlights Briya AIRE, a clinical-grade AI research environment. AIRE helps researchers turn questions into research-ready evidence using natural language. Briya joins Benchling AI, IMO Health, and Innovaccer as a finalist in the category. Fierce Life Sciences presents the awards as part of Questex's healthcare and life sciences portfolio. Fierce Life Sciences also publishes Fierce Biotech, Fierce Pharma, and Fierce Healthcare. Through these publications, events, and awards, Fierce provides news and analysis for healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical professionals. Why is healthcare data hard to use for research? Healthcare data is fragmented across EHRs, clinical research systems, public datasets, enterprise platforms, and unstructured medical documents. It is one of the world's most valuable resources for advancing medical research, yet much of it sits in systems that were never designed to work together. Data interoperability involves more than moving information between systems. Researchers must also connect, harmonize, and understand the data. Moreover, they need to trace each result back to its source and prepare the data for scientifically valid analysis. Before researchers can generate real-world evidence or build patient cohorts, they often spend months locating data, navigating privacy requirements, harmonizing different formats, defining study populations, and preparing information for analysis. These barriers make research slower, more expensive, and less accessible to smaller organizations. How does Briya AIRE make healthcare data research-ready? Briya AIRE was built to address these challenges. AIRE enables researchers to move from a question to research-ready evidence using natural language. Its suite of epidemiologist-designed AI agents helps researchers define study populations, explore and analyze healthcare data, build patient cohorts and comparison groups, and create transparent, reproducible reports. AIRE provides a federated research layer across complex healthcare data, meaning analysis runs where the data lives rather than requiring patient records to be moved or centralized. That layer spans structured records as well as the valuable information found in physician notes, pathology reports, and other clinical free text. Every study population and analysis remains transparent and inspectable, allowing researchers to understand how results were generated and reproduce their work. By connecting fragmented data and automating the most time-consuming stages of research, AIRE enables scientists and healthcare professionals to move through the research lifecycle with greater speed and confidence, from epidemiological studies to clinical trial feasibility assessments. For individual researchers and students, Briya also offers a free version of AIRE with access to public health datasets such as the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). These datasets have long been available online, but downloading them, querying them, and harmonizing fields that change from year to year can take a researcher weeks. In AIRE, the same work can be done in minutes using just natural language.

Innovaccer crosses $200M ARR after CEO ditched Disney and NASA to fix healthcare data infrastructure

Innovaccer has surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue, up from roughly $130 million last year. The healthcare data company pulls information from hospitals' electronic health records and insurance claims systems, unifies them, and makes them usable for AI tools and care coordination. CEO Abhinav Shashank pivoted the company to healthcare in 2016, moving into an Iowa hospital's IT department for four months to understand the industry's data challenges. Innovaccer has raised $675 million total and works with seven of the top ten US health systems across 80 million patient records. Customers reported roughly $2.5 billion in savings to federal regulators last year. Gartner this week named Innovaccer a leader in its first healthcare technology Magic Quadrant, ranking it above Microsoft, Google, AWS, and Salesforce.

Innovaccer launches Gravity AI infrastructure platform for Infusion access workflows.

Innovaccer launches Gravity AI infrastructure platform for Infusion access workflows. What you should know. * Healthcare AI infrastructure pioneer Innovaccer has announced the formal launch of Gravity for Infusion, configuring its core autonomous operations platform specifically for the specialized ambulatory infusion access lifecycle. * The strategic rollout targets the rapidly expanding $100 billion U.S. infusion therapy market, where more than 60% of all pharmaceutical assets currently in development are classified as complex therapeutics requiring clinical infusion. * Operating natively on top of existing enterprise EHRs, pharmacy systems, and payer frameworks, the platform deploys autonomous AI agents to manage referral intake, benefits verification, prior authorization compilation, and appointment scheduling. * Rejecting opaque automation, Gravity enforces a strict human-in-the-loop architecture, allowing ambulatory centers to customize and deploy staff review checkpoints at any step of the administrative chain. * The platform delivers a single, unified operational dashboard providing real-time telemetry on chair utilization rates, site-by-site referral status, and historical payer turnaround time frames. Engineering the infusion access loop. The architectural strategy driving Gravity for Infusion moves completely away from generic, standalone software tools to deploy a highly specialized operational layer that works on top of a provider's existing enterprise infrastructure. By linking natively with the health system's current EHR, specialty pharmacy systems, and payer networks, the platform orchestrates a continuous, automated access lifecycle: * Autonomous Referral Ingestion: Gravity's AI agents automatically parse and structure inbound referral documents, extracting clinical intent and patient context immediately upon receipt. * Pre-Coded Benefits Verification: The engine programmatically checks coverage parameters against active payer guidelines, eliminating the need for staff to spend hours on phone queues verifying patient eligibility. * Prior Authorization Preparation: The platform automatically assembles the specific clinical documentation and medical history required by the insurance carrier, formatting the packet to minimize initial denials. * Network Chair Optimization: Instead of managing facilities site-by-site, operators receive a centralized view tracking live chair utilization, active referral status, and historical payer turnaround times to balance network capacity. "Infusion is one of the most operationally demanding areas of care, and the administrative work involved can be what stands between a patient and the start of their treatment," stated Abhinav Shashank, Co-Founder and CEO of Innovaccer. "By bringing Gravity to this workflow, we are giving infusion providers a way to take on that administrative work with AI agents and human oversight, so patients can begin care sooner." Crucially, the platform rejects black-box automation in favor of a highly flexible, configurable human-in-the-loop governance structure. Every clinical decision and financial coverage determination remains entirely within the sovereignty of the provider's staff, who can review, edit, or approve the AI agent's work at any designated step.

Innovaccer launches AI platform to streamline $100B infusion therapy market's manual workflows

Innovaccer has launched Gravity for Infusion, an AI platform designed to streamline administrative workflows in the US infusion therapy market, which now exceeds $100 billion. The platform works alongside existing EHR, pharmacy, and payer systems to handle referral, clinical, and coverage information in one place. AI agents assist with intake, benefits verification, prior authorisation, and scheduling, whilst healthcare staff retain oversight and approval authority. The system addresses the manual processes that can delay patient treatment in infusion therapy, which represents one of the fastest-growing areas of outpatient care, with over 60% of drugs in development delivered by infusion. The platform is the same infrastructure Innovaccer's health system and payer customers already use, now applied to infusion workflows. It is available immediately to ambulatory infusion centres, management services organisations, and health system infusion service lines.
