Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of related experience and at least 6 years of leadership experience, or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with at least 13 years of specific experience and at least 8 years of leadership experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical resources providing onsite and remote support for manufacturing facilities experiencing equipment downtime and automation-related issues.
  • Partner with plant leadership, Operations Excellence, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, optimize line performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate equipment and production line performance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis activities utilizing methodologies such as Breakdown Analysis (BDA), 5-Why, and Fishbone.
  • Support and troubleshoot plant automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial networks, and associated controls infrastructure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
