- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building modular, maintainable components for AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or DSPy, and familiarity with agent-based design patterns.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including serverless compute, API integration, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience designing secure and responsible AI solutions with considerations for PII handling, privacy, auditability, and compliance.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear architectural designs, solution patterns, and development specifications.
- Proven experience providing technical guidance to developers or cross-functional engineering contributors.
