Developers for both projects are scheduled to make their pitches for conditional use approvals and preliminary land development plans on March 30 to the township planning advisory commission. 7 Brew, founded in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, and named after its original menu of seven coffee drinks, is looking to build a shop at the site of the former Pizza Roma Family Restaurant on Route 19, said Ron Henshaw, township planning and development services director. Plans include a small, 1,770 square foot shop with two stacking lanes that can accommodate almost 50 vehicles and a third bypass lane, Henshaw said. 7 Brew is a drive-through only business that does not have sit-down service, he added.
