Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience being a digitally-focused program manager or similar
  • Knowledge of the parts involved when working with data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms
  • Competence, confidence and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates and budgets
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a flat, past-faced, and dynamic organization
Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Director with organizing and managing one of our largest international clients and a VML MAP team of 15+ project managers across 3+ workstreams and 6+ locations
  • Manage stakeholder communication with the Program Director and the Client Lead, e.g. producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings
  • Forecast, plan, and monitor resources and budget, including preparing any financial reporting with the Program Director
  • Ensure collaboration and strong communication among team members – that all team members stay up to date on the latest changes, are trained in processes and tools, generally responsible for upskilling the Client Service team within the VML MAP frameworks and ways of working
  • Support roadmap planning with Workstream Leads, Program Director, and Client Lead
  • Take ownership of processes across departments and lead the process work with Business Architects
  • Being a daily sparring partner to the team
