  • Partner with commercial teams and other parties to collect, analyze, document, and communicate the user digital requirements
  • Lead the development of the testing plan, support the execution of UAT, and ensure that all requirements are met
  • Function as an advocate for customers while simultaneously identifying areas like business processes that need to be changed within the business to ensure project success
  • Partner with our commercial team on engagements with external solution providers and onboard solutions as needed
  • Work closely with our IT and commercial teams to participate in pre-project business case development, contribute to strategic planning and identify potential digital improvements in the business process

  • Demonstrated experience in pursuing 'what if' scenarios
