Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with three years of relevant experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, website design, and portals.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital strategies supporting commercial and customer experience teams.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of IT solutions supporting commercial teams through digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with partners.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Excellent facilitation, consensus-building, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort in working in ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analysis, problem-solving, and exploring "what if" scenarios.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Acting as the advocate for both internal and external customers to enhance their experience.
  • Understanding, detailing, and communicating user workflows and requirements to ensure impactful technology solutions.
  • Translating processes and workflows into functional technology solutions focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creating and maintaining diagrams to illustrate business processes.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and communicate digital requirements.
  • Managing changes in requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing input on design to align with business needs.
  • Identifying and managing areas of risk related to requirements.
  • Building relationships with customers and project team members to ensure understanding of customer needs.
  • Leading the development of testing plans and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Advocating for customers while identifying and facilitating necessary changes in business processes for project success.
  • Partnering with commercial teams on engagements with external solution providers and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Contributing to pre-project business case development, strategic planning, and identifying digital improvements in business processes.
