Requirements

  • Database data entry experience

Responsibilities
  • Execute text plans against content staged for publication
  • Respond to Customer Service inquiries related to problems identified on the PlayStation Store
  • Work with Digital Operators to identify and roll-out solutions to bugs found during quality tests
