Technical Consultant

Role • Technical Consultant - Insurance Responsibilities • Solution Implementation: o Assist in the implementation of Duck Creek or Guidewire solutions for clients in the P&C insurance domain. o Customize and configure Duck Creek or Guidewire applications including Policy, Claims, Billing, Clarity, Reinsurance, Producer, Policyholder portals, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Digital, and Data hub. o Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Technical Support: o Provide technical support during the development, testing, and deployment phases of projects. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Duck Creek or Guidewire products and integrations. • Collaboration and Coordination: o Work closely with senior consultants, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions. o Participate in project meetings and provide updates on technical progress and challenges. • Documentation and Training: o Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. o Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to help them utilize Duck Creek or Guidewire solutions effectively.
