Requirements
  • In-depth understanding of networking concepts at a CCNP level, including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.
  • Proficiency in cloud networking services across multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). This includes understanding VPCs (Virtual Private Clouds), virtual networking, cloud firewalls, load balancers, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute/Interconnect, and hybrid cloud networking solutions.
  • Ability to architect and troubleshoot multi-cloud network environments, including inter-cloud connectivity and network automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with Terraform and experience creating cloud resources and managing lifecycles of infrastructure.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation, white papers, and product guides focusing on cloud and network solutions.
  • Experience developing technical training materials, presentations, and webinars for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consultancy.
  • Ability to explain complex networking and cloud concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Several years of relevant experience in technical marketing within cloud networking or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with common cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNP (or higher), AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of technical marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Create and manage proof-of-concept projects for internal enablement and field use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and product management.
  • Contribute to and influence the organization's thought leadership with innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Create marketing collateral targeted for Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) at a high-level and in detail.
  • Present Aviatrix Cloud Networking solutions both internally and externally.
  • Author external facing blog posts and build demos for trade shows and customer/partner engagements, articulating use cases, product features, and value proposition.
  • Participate in customer and partner meetings to provide product information and capture feedback.
  • Organize and lead training agenda with partners and customers.
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Marketers, and other TMEs to build, market, and message our product.
  • Support our Sales and Business Development teams to close customer sales.
  • Work closely with our Product & Engineering teams to define and influence our new product requirements.
  • Support industry events and speaking engagements to showcase our products and solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience designing or deploying multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies that leverage various cloud networking services.
  • Knowledge of advanced security protocols and tools, such as IPSec, TLS, DNSSEC, and cloud-native security tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud networking services like AWS Transit Gateway, Azure Virtual WAN, or GCP Cloud Interconnect.
