Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or technology or A master's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful global Sales Enablement teams within SaaS organizations, with a minimum of 7 years of experience driving impactful enablement strategies in similar high-growth environments.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing impactful training programs for global sales teams, leveraging a strong background in instructional design to create engaging, scalable learning experiences that drive measurable improvements in performance and productivity.
  • Experience in running large scale GTM programs that spans across multiple functions, verticals, and regions.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a world-class Enablement Team within Lightspeed focused on delivering impactful training and enablement solutions.
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive, scalable training programs for global GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders from Product, PMM, Marketing, IS, Customer Success, and Sales to gather insights and develop best-in-class training content.
  • Establish and manage a metrics framework to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on performance.
  • Maintain and ensure the team’s high level of expertise in the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for competitor insights, integrating findings into training materials.
  • Assist the Managing Director in key strategic and leadership projects.

Bengaluru, Thursday, 18th April 2024: Beyond Odds Technologies, founded by former OYO and Unacademy senior executive Vivek Sinha, announced their seed investment of $11 million led by Matrix Partners India and Lightspeed, to build an employability-led training, certification, and recruitment platform for grey collared workforce. Other investors that participated in the round included InnoVen Capital (a Temasek subsidiary) and Alteria Capital. The company is also backed by reputed angel investors including Ritesh Agarwal (Founder, OYO), Gaurav Munjal (Founder, Unacademy), Mayank Kumar (Founder, Upgrad), Ramakant Sharma (Founder, Livspace), Abhishek Goyal (Founder, Tracxn), Rohit MA (Founder, CloudNine Hospitals), Sumer Juneja (Managing Partner, SoftBank), Puneet Kumar (Managing Director, Steadview Capital), and Abhinav Sinha (COO, OYO). The company aims to solve for the shortage of skilled labour-force in key nation-building sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality, and construction. The platform will train candidates at scale and with high standards through programs that include ‘hands-on’ training with industry partners. In addition to tech-enabled training, it will also open physical centres to help create a ‘job-ready’ talent pool.
