Responsibilities
  • Manage the post-sale customer relationship, from onboarding through renewal and expansion for a large volume of accounts
  • Lead the annual renewal process for customers with high retention and growth in mind
  • Grow existing contracts by identifying opportunities to add additional licenses and products and execute strategic sales conversations
  • Strategize outreach campaigns, identify qualified prospects and generate tailored communications and cold calls
  • Provide subject matter expertise about Axios Pro and present the value of our product to customers in update calls and prospects during the evaluation process
  • Develop engagement strategies to increase utilization throughout subscription term
  • Collaborate with revenue, editorial, product and events teams to influence our corporate partnership strategy and product roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Log all customer outreach, feedback and activity within the relevant tools and systems
