  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or restaurant hospitality
  • Experience with implementing or supporting Restaurant365 software
  • Ability to travel 15%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM tools
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Technical aptitude with experience in communicating across multiple platforms

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure high adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Strategize with customers to meet and exceed target goals
  • Handle escalations and work on issue resolution
  • Facilitate change management and guide project expectations
  • Partner with Sales team on expansion opportunities
  • Infuse clients with industry best practices
  • Track and drive key client metrics
  • Maintain healthy Salesforce and Gainsight records
  • Participate in user groups and client-facing webinars
