Join our dynamic team of technology deployment and data specialists within the Project and Programme Services business. As a Technology Solutions Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of cutting-edge systems and technologies, ensuring their seamless deployment across the company. This role demands expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies.

Your purpose:

• System Deployment and Automation: Spearhead the deployment of innovative systems and automation technologies to supercharge project and programme delivery efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various business units to share and maintain knowledge on the latest digital systems and groundbreaking innovations. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across our global network.
• Innovation and Differentiation: Proactively identify and initiate game-changing innovations to elevate our core services.
• Technical Leadership: Forge strong relationships with technical leaders to ensure our solutions meet the highest technical standards. Champion the deployment of technology across the UK to enhance delivery efficiencies and exceed client expectations.
• Client Advisory: Empower practitioners to advise clients on the most suitable technology deployments.
• Configuration and Integration: Play a pivotal role in the configuration, integration, and deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Standardisation and Best Practices: Advocate for consistency, standardisation, and best practices in technology use. Drive initiatives to enhance digital skills and career pathways. Build custom applications, automate workflows, and analyse data with finesse.

What you can bring:

• Construction Project Experience: Experience / knowledge of construction project delivery, project management or project controls, including planning, cost, risk, and change management.
• Process Transformation: Expertise in leading process transformation with a focus on digital solutions.
• Data Management: Strong technical acumen in data management, system integration, data preparation, and data visualisation.
• Data Presentation: Advanced skills in creating interactive and visually appealing management dashboards.
• Winning Attitude: Resourceful, determined, and adept at spotting opportunities and solving problems.
• Team Player: Builds successful partnerships, anticipates challenges, and resolves conflicts. Understands their role in achieving company goals. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
