Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with The Warner Companies Account Manager and assigned clients to ensure seamless service and support
  • Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems in accordance with TWC’s standard protocols
  • Assist with pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation tasks to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate data collection for reporting efforts, including analytical and compliance-related reports
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance industry knowledge and expertise in CSG
  • Support the Account Management Team throughout the client lifecycle (onboarding, ongoing support, and renewal) across all lines of coverage by gathering necessary data to fulfill obligations, including outreach to carriers and clients to secure required information
  • Assist with the preparation, analysis, and delivery of reports, exhibits, and presentations
  • Complete assigned implementation tasks for client-related projects
  • Coordinate activities and ensuring the successful completion of a Project Plan for each client throughout the year
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Track deliverables and updating the Project Plan to maintain accuracy and timeliness
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations when appropriate
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors on behalf of the client and the team
