  • Public education partners expanded to Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, and Utah by August 2026.
  • The company still advertises first-come registrations, suggesting continuing demand and active student acquisition.

What critics are saying

  • State-funded partner seats in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho concentrate revenue in policy decisions and renewals.
  • The website’s move to a separate family-of-schools domain signals organizational complexity and brand fragmentation.
  • A single district or charter partner loss, especially in Utah or Colorado, would sharply damage enrollment and credibility.
