Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience coordinating travel and processing expense reports
  • Government travel reservation and expense reporting experience is preferred
  • Ability to create multi-segmented, multi-destination international itineraries
  • Strong understanding of travel reservation systems, like SAP Concur
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Hospitality, Liberal Arts, or Economics/Finance)
Responsibilities
  • Use the HRL travel system to arrange requested transportation specifications air, hotel, and rental cars
  • Follow up with travelers to collect receipts, reconcile credit card statements, code expenses to the general ledger and calculate traveler reimbursement
  • Follow mandated protocols with permissions and exceptions
  • Ensure updated database of travelers and complete profiles as needed
  • Communicate international travel procedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments for international travelers
  • Impart international travel information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
