- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glassware, and silver while ensuring sanitation standards.
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Clean equipment, utensils, and the physical work area.
- Assist with proper food storage and rotation.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silver.
- Return clean china, glassware, and silver to their proper storage locations while minimizing breakage.
- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils according to cleanliness and sanitation procedures, and store them properly.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Empty garbage from food and beverage areas into the hotel dumpster.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the back dock and dumpster area.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
