Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years Industrial Security experience and Bachelor degree, or 6 years Industrial Security experience and MS Degree. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years managerial experience in a mid-size to large size organization.
  • Current Top Secret/SCI with polygraph.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Cyber and Information Systems (C&IS) Business Unit (BU) Security Manager with overall security management responsibility for the Operating Units (OUs) under the BU, and the programs under those OUs.
  • Act as a senior security advisor to senior leaders, coach and develop other security leaders and security professionals, and lead successful security programs.
  • Interface effectively with all levels of personnel across NG sectors, divisions, BUs, OUs, programs, and external organizations.
  • Build, maintain, and support a diverse and dynamic team of security professionals.
  • Manage through change and ensure strong security performance across the BU’s portfolio.
