About the Role:
The Learning & Talent Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting talent management & learning initiatives within the organization. The Coordinator will support the enablement and implementation of talent management & Learning and Development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of tools, and resources to enable business leaders and People Team to identify and grow & develop talent (e.g. user guides, templates, presentation decks, etc)
Support the enablement and implementation of the performance management processes, assisting with the development of templates and resources to support managers and employees engagement in the performance cycle
Support creation of foundational elements of employee engagement platform and surveys
Work closely with L&D technology system lead to support administration of the various technology tools used for L&D programs (e.g. learning management system, Dow Jones learning portal, etc)
Support all aspects of program scheduling for Learning & Development initiatives and programs (e.g. calendaring and scheduling events, room booking, uploading to the learning management system, etc)
Work in close partnership with L&D, Talent Management & Org Design and Comms teams to support branding and communications needed for successful launch of talent development programs
Work closely with the HR Ops team across all aspects of Service Now that intersect the L&D, Org Design & Talent Management teams (including review of knowledge articles, creating of needed forms, transition of legacy email inboxes and serving as first line of response for inquiries)
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Passion for learning and development, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of employees and the organization.
