Requirements
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in consulting, product management, business analysis, or strategy within the lending and/or non-banking financial institutions sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing lending products from concept to launch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing detailed Business Requirement Documents, creating process flow diagrams, and authoring clear Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Exceptional ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, requests for proposals, business models, and financial plans.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of the Saudi Central Bank regulatory framework for non-banking financial institutions and finance companies, Sharia compliance, and contracting types such as Murabaha and Tawarruq.
  • Hands-on experience with the product development lifecycle, including participation in User Acceptance Testing and collaboration with technical and engineering teams.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Experience as a techno-functional business analyst.
  • Knowledge of technology business management.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive landscaping, and feasibility studies to identify new lending product opportunities.
  • Develop business cases for new products, including financial modeling, revenue projections, and risk assessment.
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lending portfolio.
  • Present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy into detailed requirements by authoring Business Requirement Documents.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for lending operations, customer service, and collections.
  • Design and map end-to-end customer journeys and internal operational workflows with Operations, Technology, and Risk teams.
  • Act as the key business liaison with the technology team to ensure product features are developed according to business requirements.
  • Define workflows and operating procedures for the end-to-end lending lifecycle, including customer acquisition and onboarding, disbursement, repayments, collections, and customer service.
  • Define User Acceptance Testing scenarios and test cases, participate in testing, and provide sign-offs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Ensure product designs, processes, and documentation comply with Saudi Central Bank guidelines and regulations for finance companies and non-banking financial institutions.
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance teams to secure approvals for product initiatives.
  • Develop business models and long-term financial plans for individual products and align them with overall company strategy.
  • Analyze financial data to assess company performance and forecast future growth opportunities.
  • Provide consulting services to clients on financial products and solutions.
  • Assist clients in optimizing financial operations and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations that communicate proposals and meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align presentations with client and company goals.
  • Lead the preparation, development, and rollout of requests for proposals for potential vendors or clients.
  • Ensure requests for proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Now in its fifth edition, the programme rewards projects with a measurable, positive impact on society. The focus is deliberately on real-world results rather than on technology for its own sake. The Future-defining technologies award looks at deep tech for the transition, data platforms that create transparency, and artificial intelligence applied to sustainability. One criterion stands out: demonstrable impact, not technological novelty. That is exactly where D4T operates. Its technology combines industrial cameras, rugged edge hardware, computer vision and cloud software to analyse waste at the moment of collection. The system recognises more than 30 waste fractions, detects contamination and flags hazardous materials such as batteries, gas cylinders and fire extinguishers in real time. "A large share of what ends up in the incinerator today is still perfectly recyclable. We are convinced that better insight leads to better sorting behaviour and more recycling.
