  • 3+ years as an individual contributor (SDR and/or AE), preferred
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferred
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, preferred), data insight applications (Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft)
Responsibilities
  • Daily top-of-funnel lead management and performance of a team of 10 SDR’s
  • Maniacal inspection on lead distribution to maximize conversion rates
  • Ideate on automations; follow-up sequences, voicemail drops, LinkedIn connections, and more
  • Create a positive and growth-oriented work environment where teammates can reach their full potential; offering enablement and development to SDR’s who seek advancement opportunities (i.e., career progression to AE role)
  • Drive for sustainable results, and don’t stop until you get there
