OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Binti is rapidly expanding our employee base and improving the way we work, collaborate, and serve our clients. Core to these efforts, we are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented individual to lead our IT service program. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, design, delivery and support of processes and systems that serve as the foundation of Binti’s employee technology structure. This includes overseeing the employee experience as it relates to technology services including but not limited to unified communication & collaboration apps, identity and access management, and end-user computing. You will also be setting architectural direction for the organization and aligning to meet global business needs, ensuring flexible, modern technologies to support various compliance, privacy and security policies and procedures. FLEXIBILITY
We offer flexible location with the ability to work remotely within the continental US, however must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Troubleshoot and assist with employee devices (Mac, PC, and Linux)
- Manage account provisioning, including SSO and MFA for employees and contractors
- Manage contractors and service providers that provision laptops
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams and maintain appropriate controls
- Manage and track the budget for software and hardware used by employees
- Facilitate all vendor analysis, and manage careful rollout and education around new IT processes and tools
- Develop an IT and help desk roadmap including hiring and staffing, dependent on company needs
WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based software solutions, specifically MDM-as-a-service
- Experience with PC/Mac OS and associated productivity software
- Familiarity with managing an identity provider (GMail, Active Directory)
- Expertise in setting up and implementing SSOs
- A high degree of technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading end user projects such as lifecycle upgrades and repairs
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in technology, retail, or call-center environments
- Self-starter who is excited about collaborating cross-functionally
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with a strong focus on internal support
- Practices empathy to better connect with the end user and make them feel understood
- Demonstrates curiosity, takes an interest to learn
- Maintains a positive mental attitude
- Helpdesk experience is helpful, but not required
The base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation within this range will vary based on experience, education, knowledge, and skills, and will be determined through the interview process according to our standard procedures and leveling. Binti strives to be in the 90th percentile of market range for a Series B company. We are also proud to offer a comprehensive perks and benefits package, as outlined below.
