Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud-based software solutions, specifically MDM-as-a-service
  • Experience with PC/Mac OS and associated productivity software
  • Familiarity with managing an identity provider (GMail, Active Directory)
  • Expertise in setting up and implementing SSOs
  • A high degree of technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience leading end user projects such as lifecycle upgrades and repairs
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in technology, retail, or call-center environments
  • Self-starter who is excited about collaborating cross-functionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with a strong focus on internal support
  • Practices empathy to better connect with the end user and make them feel understood
  • Demonstrates curiosity, takes an interest to learn
  • Maintains a positive mental attitude
  • Helpdesk experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and assist with employee devices (Mac, PC, and Linux)
  • Manage account provisioning, including SSO and MFA for employees and contractors
  • Manage contractors and service providers that provision laptops
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams and maintain appropriate controls
  • Manage and track the budget for software and hardware used by employees
  • Facilitate all vendor analysis, and manage careful rollout and education around new IT processes and tools
  • Develop an IT and help desk roadmap including hiring and staffing, dependent on company needs
