Responsibilities
  • Participate in day to day operations and provide quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the ProSidian Engagement Teams services supporting FinCEN contract
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, in support of the training process and performing and tracking day-to-day training matters
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and research support for FinCEN program offices across Training Support, Print Production, Freedom of Information Act, Operations Management, Facility & Contract Support, and 508 Compliance swim lanes
  • Perform a variety of analyses and studies to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current and planned programs and operations
  • Analyze objectives, policies, work operations and progress resource estimates and utilization, intra- and inter- program balances, and other related aspects of operating programs
  • Develop alternative or corrective courses of action in terms of effect on programs
  • Prepare reports for management concerning conclusions and recommendations of studies and analyses
  • Provide feedback concerning progress; interface with Program personnel; and conduct briefings as necessary
