Requirements
  • 7+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 7+ years customer facing experience, especially in delivery or consulting
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, able to gain audience confidence
  • Hands-on, high-energy, passionate, and creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead customers to success with early product implementations.
  • Good at dealing with ambiguity and clearly synthesizing actionable next steps
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s customer engagement needs and guide them to a technical solution
  • Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas:
Responsibilities
  • Help customers achieve success by leading the technical sale and recommending best-practice solutions for their unique business needs
  • Build highly engaging demos while forming strong relationships with perspective and active customers
  • Collaborate closely with the ETI Product and Engineering to ensure thorough understanding of customer pain points and identify highest priorities across our early customer base, including internal customers as we test and iterate
  • Be a subject matter expert on our new product both internally and externally
  • Work with existing customers and prospects to understand their customer engagement vision and the technology gaps that prevent them from realizing it
  • Contribute to the overall product vision and go-to-market strategy in a dynamic startup-like setting within Twilio
