Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • At least 7 years of financial services experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of formal commercial credit training and experience from a bank or financial institution is required.
  • A strong track record of achieving performance targets is required.
  • At least 5 years of high-performing experience providing financial expertise, counsel, and customized solutions to commercial clients in middle- to upper-market revenue brackets is preferred.
  • Experience working in relationship management teams, with a proven understanding of balancing business development and asset quality, is preferred.
  • Involvement in relevant boards and/or industry organizations is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
  • Candidates must be able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted financial advisor and business partner to clients and as the commercial banking expert and primary contact for most client-related matters.
  • Drive focused growth strategy and business development efforts by developing and maintaining a holistic understanding of clients' and prospects' businesses and industries.
  • Manage strategic issues including capital raising, regulatory compliance, ownership transition planning, mergers and acquisitions, and revenue cycle management.
  • Educate clients on the bank's expertise and capabilities in core product areas, including cash management, derivatives, and equipment finance.
  • Maintain active prospecting efforts, including identification, qualification, and calling, and develop an active center-of-influence referral network.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with community bankers and product specialists to structure, coordinate, and sponsor credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Continuously improve functional and technical sales and credit expertise and transfer this knowledge to team members, partnering with credit officers as the first-level sponsor for credit decisions.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to respond quickly to customer requests that cannot be addressed personally.
  • Lead credit processes and ensure asset quality, including underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management; prepare asset quality reports and risk rating models for accurate risk assessment.
  • Mentor junior Relationship Managers and contribute to the development of team capabilities and performance.
  • Lead strategic client reviews and proactively deliver insights and recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives for the commercial team.
  • Maximize the profitability of the assigned portfolio by effectively selling the value provided by the bank.
  • Prioritize clients' needs, goals, and success in decisions and interactions to provide tailored and responsive service.
  • Make decisions reflecting high ethical standards while balancing client needs with regulatory and organizational responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of decisions, actions, and outcomes and hold oneself and others accountable for delivering results.
  • Anticipate future trends and align client strategies with long-term business goals and market opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior executives internally and externally to influence decisions and build trust.
  • Understand the financial, operational, and strategic drivers of commercial organizations to provide relevant banking solutions.
  • Use customer relationship management systems to track interactions, manage pipelines, and support relationship development.
  • Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to uncover needs and deliver customized financial solutions that create measurable, sustainable value aligned with client needs and the bank's capabilities and strategic goals.
  • Apply deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services to the unique needs of commercial clients.
  • Design and negotiate complex financial solutions aligned with client needs and the bank's risk and profitability standards.
  • Systematically evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks and identify leading indicators to support informed decision-making and protect the client and bank interests.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Net interest income reached $1.25 billion, slightly missing the $1.26 billion estimate but showing 8.7% year-on-year growth. The net interest margin came in at 2.9%, matching analyst expectations. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%. Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman highlighted strong performance in investment banking, commercial payments, and wealth management. Assets under management grew to a record $74 billion.
