- 3+ years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and cost allocation methodologies
- Experience with standard costing, job costing, or process costing
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Infor
- Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to explain cost variances and provide operational insights
- Experience partnering with manufacturing or plant operations teams preferred
- Support manufacturing operations and plant financial reporting
- Manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and work-in-progress reconciliations
- Conduct cost analysis
- Perform month-end close activities
- Produce financial reporting
- Partner with plant leadership
- Provide oversight and mentorship to one accounting team member
- Experience partnering with manufacturing or plant operations teams preferred
