We are in the process of developing and maturing our Logistics here at HelloFresh, and are looking for a Logistics Strategic Manager to help us with this. The role will be working super closely with our Logistics Director to set our strategic roadmap, and then implementing and executing it!
It’s not just about supporting the Director, the role also supports the wider team and business to become more efficient through the development of Logistics systems and tooling, automating manual tasks.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Owning key Logistics projects from conception through to execution
- Working closely with Data Engineering team and Global Supply Chain tech team to collaboratively drive the automation within the Logistics department
- Involvement in global improvement projects, ensuring our market is constantly learning from other regions and developing
- Working with our global tech teams to develop our tools and systems
- Supporting both the 3PL and distribution functions in order to drive continuous improvement
- Producing data driven business cases for new Logistics development projects
- Ensuring that our team is focussed on the key activities to drive forward departmental KPI’s
Who You Are:
Most importantly, to be successful in this role you will need a good chunk of experience in Logistics, and a good understanding of the systems used. You will also need to have:
- Strong people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing teams
- Experience of automating processes to drive departmental efficiencies
- Ability to manage projects from end to end
- Strong people skills, and an ability to engage and motivate stakeholders
- A natural proclivity towards using data to validate decision making

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times
