Requirements
  • Proficiency in using a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and complete daily tasks.
  • Desire and capacity to learn.
  • A Bachelor of Business Administration is preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience with an insurance broker, carrier, third-party administrator, or employer related to corporate insurance policies or program management is preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM, with overtime as required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Insurance Manager and Risk Management team as an internal and external point of contact regarding the company’s insurance program.
  • Continually learn about the insurance portfolio and administer insurance program enrollments, updates, and renewals.
  • Assist the Corporate Insurance Manager in monitoring the insurance portfolio.
  • Learn about the various insurance coverages that make up the portfolio.
  • Assist with insurance policy procurement and renewals, including completing applications.
  • Review and analyze insurance policies in relation to real-world issues.
  • Track loss runs and provide insight into trends.
  • Act as a liaison to insurance brokers and carriers.
  • Advise departments on insurance needs and applicable coverages.
  • Serve as a company-wide resource for insurance-related questions and concerns.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration.
