- Over 7 years of experience implementing and training clients on the technical elements of the Manhattan Associates product suite.
- Proficiency in supply chain operations, including Warehouse Management, Yard Management, Labor Management, and/or Transportation Management.
- Ability to work closely with internal and external teams and leaders in organizational change management, business, and engineering departments.
- Ability to effectively present materials and lead feedback discussions to enhance deliverables.
- Ability to adapt to team and client needs to support successful implementation of supply chain software solutions.
- Analytical skills to assess current client culture and processes and determine how changes may impact the organization and its people.
- A bachelor's degree in Technology, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, or training on Manhattan Associates applications.
- Ability to become certified in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management within the first 6 months of employment.
- Develop Manhattan Active technical training programs for employees and clients.
- Ensure company projects are staffed with trained, experienced, and certified employees.
- Deploy external training for clients.
- Design and implement effective methods to educate employees and clients.
- Build an innovative and strategic Manhattan Active Learning Center.
- Collaborate with Manhattan Associates clients across major industry verticals to deploy training programs.
- Market and sell Learning Center services to clients.
- Work alongside company leaders and senior directors.
- Experience working in or leading technical training departments for Manhattan Associates or other supply chain software providers.
- Experience supporting technical training departments or engineering teams in supply chain software environments.
- Experience personally building and delivering training on Manhattan Associates solutions.
