  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Strategy, the Sr. Analyst, Sales Strategy will be responsible for evolving and scaling our growing Renewals team. You will be a close partner and trusted advisor to Renewals leadership and ensure the smooth running and success of their teams. You will manage the development of data analysis and processes used to track forecasting, team performance,, and strategic initiatives. This is a cross functional role that will work closely with Sales Leadership, FP&A, Product, and Enablement
  • You love building processes at scale and are familiar with automation. You enjoy designing and executing scalable processes that serve the needs of the organization and its participants
  • You are technical and fluent in data. Whether it's analyzing data sets with tools like Tableau or SQL queries, or creating complex models and prototype tools, data is a core part of your toolkit. You are proficient in Salesforce reporting and business processes
  • You excel in a collaborative environment. You translate business needs into clear tasks and deliverables for contributors. You work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with ease
  • You have 5+ years experience in an Operational or Strategy role at a top-tier technology company. You have seen what it takes to support a high-growth top-tier organization

Responsibilities
  • You'll lead ongoing analysis of performance to support daily operations and drive growth
  • You'll guide and assist Renewals Leadership with strategic business planning
  • You'll support and run forecast calls, team calls and quarterly business reviews with a data driven approachYou'll create quarterly and annual reporting, forecasting, Salesforce and Tableau dashboards, territory planning, and quota/productivity modeling
  • You'll complete data analysis with large datasets to gather insights and guide investment and growth
