Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of dental services, financial performance, revenue growth, cash management, accounting protocols, and operational processes.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to use operational systems and tools.
  • Ability to build and motivate teams, coach and train team members, and facilitate learning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask effectively, and maintain work quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of team member records, patient records, and compensation information.
  • Ability to comply with company policies and state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work as a self-motivated, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional.
Responsibilities
  • Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
  • Act as manager of the supported practice in the Operations Manager's absence.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and assign team members to specific duties.
  • Work with team members to develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Create team focus on executing the Owner Dentists Clinical Culture to support the Perfect Patient Experience.
  • Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide feedback regarding tactics that affect financial and patient outcomes so the organization can benefit.
  • Ensure the office follows PDS standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles and other required meetings.
  • Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand by making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in executing PDS processes, systems, and tools while contributing to their improvement.
  • Catalyze execution of the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
  • Support clinician education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies and address others professionally and respectfully.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.
