  • Lead the definition, prioritization, intake, and scoping of CMS-related initiatives, using all available data and resources to guide decision-making
  • Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure CM solutions meet business expectations with high adoption and satisfaction rates
  • Partner with Technical Project Managers to lead the execution of projects for various WSI brands
  • Serve as primary liaison between Technology, Creative, UI, and Business teams
  • Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team
  • Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues
  • Act as an owner, mentor, and product category expert
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships by approaching all interactions with an entrepreneurial mindset
