Senior PsychCare delivers behavioral health services to residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychological and neuropsychological testing, and therapy through a multidisciplinary team. It works through a collaborative care model that integrates psychiatry and psychology with the facility’s primary care team, with regular weekly on-site visits and 99% of care delivered in person. The company combines in-facility, team-based care with telemedicine via a virtual network and its proprietary Senior Access Machine (SAM) to ensure continuity and coordination among care providers. Its goal is to improve seniors’ quality of life and cognitive functioning while reducing hospitalizations and supporting facility staff and families.
