Responsibilities
  • Support and help drive sales goals by assisting in prospecting, qualifying, and managing new business opportunities, with a focus on building pipeline within key insurance broker and commercial property accounts
  • Prepare and develop data analysis and presentations for prospect meetings
  • Conduct demonstrations and training of the Archipelago platform to show value proposition
  • Partner with sales leadership to run discovery conversations, support product demonstrations, and assist in coordinating structured pilots with clear success criteria and timelines
  • Prepare Customer Order Forms and assist in managing the contracting process in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Security teams
  • Partner closely with your Commercial Account Managers on their account prioritization, ensuring your efforts maximize revenue opportunities within accounts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Marketing/BDR on targeted campaigns; work with Product and Customer Success to translate pilot feedback into wins and expansions
  • Operational Excellence - Maintain complete, accurate CRM hygiene (activities, contacts, stages, next steps); report on KPIs and continuously refine the sales process
