Requirements
  • At minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years in assistant or coordinator position preferred. Experience in Media/Advertising is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-starter attitude required; must be able to analyze and input data and complete duties without strong oversight and under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to multitask and pivot quickly when priorities shift in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Google suite required.
  • Passion for news/current events a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming insertion orders in internal systems to ensure accurate reporting and execution.
  • Process all advertising campaign invoices at month end.
  • Partner with internal teams to vet all potential advertisers.
  • Partner with Sales and internal teams to manage all podcast ad copy and coordinate collection of required assets for advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate delivery of ad product to our talent.
  • Assist Ad Sales team with order management system maintenance and accuracy.
  • Partner with production on any last-minute ad placements or changes that may occur before or after work hours.
  • Partner with Ad Sales team to revise media kits quarterly.
  • Partner with Ad Sales team to create advertiser case studies.
  • Assist Ad Sales team with any ad hoc duties as assigned.
