We are seeking an individual who embodies the proactive and energetic traits necessary to excel in a dual role of Account Management and Pre-Sales Consulting/ Principal Business Analyst. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust cross-functional engagement skills, an aptitude for storytelling, and a knack forproblem framing; being able to translate ambiguousscenariosinto actionable initiativesthat propel client growth and productivity.The ideal fit for the role would be someone who:

Responsibilities:

Outline goals and roadmap foraccount.
Achieve approximately 20%year-over-yearrevenuegrowth foraccount.
Collaborate with Delivery, Capability, and Product teams todevelop andrealizeclientroadmapand Fractal goals, with particular focus on enabling Delivery teams.
Bridge and translate complexclientbusiness needs into detailedanalyses andfunctionalor technicalspecifications.
Lead ‘clientinterventions’togenerate impact(outside of revenue growth).
Prevent escalations(e.g.quality, consistency, and integrity); performing as an escalation pointshould theyoccur.
Transition the account toa more formal Account Manager and Delivery structure once account size achieves a certain scale.
ExternalStakeholder Management:
Be seen by client leadership as the main partner for business transformation.
Secure awareness and engagement at the highest organizational levels possible, whilemaintainingrelationships with peers and juniors.
Identify, organize, andfacilitatecollaborativeclientworkshops,user interviews, and solution walkthroughstoscope open-ended or layered problem statements
Work withNearshore /offshore team withdissecting client requirements &support on Solution design
Manage direct reportsas necessaryto achievegoals;including contingency resources
Influence extendedcross-functionalteams to help generate theoutcomes intended.
Able to perform data pulls from backend, reports and performadhocanalysis
Support on QA including review of test cases and signing off on QA results
About 10 to 12yearof progressive responsibilitywithinconsulting organizations notwholly dissimilarfromFractal.
Extensive knowledge ofCPGindustry – sufficient foroperatingindependently innumeroussituations.
Ability to articulateclient value fromanalytics, AI,orGenAI(advanced certifications inAI technologiesa plus).
Strong background indata analysis andAI/ML; includingexposure to data engineering / modeling and Design Thinking.
Ability toeffectivelyrun a large scale and distributedprogramsusing PMBOK techniques(PMI,Prince, Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.certificationa plus).
Some exposure toworking withinan offshore Delivery modeland global client delivery.
Some deep level ofexpertisein a functional area (e.g.dComm, Supply Chain,PowerBI, Python) to form a ‘T-shape’ of skills.

Storytelling & Presentation: Ownnarrative creation and artifact development / validation for a variety of client engagement types – approach notes, proposals, QBRs, etc.
Pattern Finding & Rapid Prototyping: Buildreusable assets, templates, and frameworks to support the sales-to-delivery journey.
Bias for Action:Self-motivation and ownershipwith high adaptability to handle multiple contextsand continually reprioritize.
Curiosity:Interestinanalytics,technology,and industry trends;striving to become an‘insider’for client contexts.
‘Abundance’Mindset: Findingthe art of the possibleand activelyconfrontingconstraints to that(i.e.not just becoming another manager).
Rapid Onboarding & Synthesis:
Conduct primary and secondary research on client, industry, trends, etc.
Develop assertions and hypotheses to testwithclientand align the Delivery and Capability teams to quicklyiterate on those.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $190,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
